What if I have a problem with a transaction?
The fastest way to have your problem rectified will generally be to contact the retailer direct. The retailer's contact details will be clearly visible on their website. Perkz only work with partners that offer great customer service so you should see a fast resolution to your query.
If you are still having problems after contacting the retailer then please contact us.

What type of products do you offer promotions on?
We are willing to feature pretty much anything that you can buy legally online from a quality supplier, if there is sufficient demand for it (although we will not to feature items that may cause offence).
For each company that signs up for Perkz we review the demographic profile of the employees and aim to then tailor promotions that fit with that profile. We constantly monitor promotions in order to give you more of what you want and less of what you don't.

How often do promotions change?
Promotions change once a month on average. On the offers home page you can opt to receive a monthly email telling you about the new promotions available. Where promotions are proving particularly popular we will aim to leave them on for longer than a month and equally if some promotions are underperforming we will take them off earlier.

When will my goods be delivered?
You will need to check specific delivery times with the retailer concerned, but we do ensure that we select retailers that can offer delivery times in line with general customer expectations, typically 2-3 working days.

Can you deliver outside the UK?
Many of our retailers can deliver outside of UK. However you will need to check this with the individual retailer concerned - you can normally find delivery options by clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" link on the retailer's site.

What about guarantees and after-sales service?
With the exception of perishable items like flowers all products are automatically covered by the manufacturer's one-year warranty, in line with your statutory legal rights. Most of our retailers offer further guarantees and a range of back up services - you will need to check the retailer's website to find out their specific guarantees and after-sales support.

What about returns?
Legally you are automatically entitled to get your money back if you return your goods within 7 working days of receipt. However our retailers generally go well beyond this minimum requirement and many also offer a free returns service. You will need to check the terms and conditions on the retailer's website to find out their specific returns policy.
