By registering, you agree to abide by Perkz terms and conditions. Please click Submit only once company code - when your employer set up the Perkz scheme for your company, Perkz assigned your company with a unique company code. It is this company code that you should enter. If you are not sure what this code is, please contact your HR department. e-mail address - Please make sure you spell your e-mail address correctly, you will not be able to complete the registration process without a valid e-mail address. password - this should be a word consisting of at least 5 characters.
